Acknowledgements.
I want to give credit to a few people that have helped me to become an Artisan Baker.
La Baguette Bread and Café runs 7 days a week, 363 days a year. Without the commitments and hard work of my family and staff La Baguette couldn’t exist.
My wife Susie that helps me in:
- Looking after the confectionery and pastries.
- Help with ordering raw materials
- Keeping the money straight
- Looking after the staff
My daughter Lohamie that helps me in:
- manage the front of house operations.
- see that all bread and cake / confectionery y displays looks good
- see that that all monies coming in and telly up.
- help with farmers markets.
- Looking after our valuable customers
My staff – from my Chef , bakers, grillers, barista staff, waiters and cleaning staff, without you it would not possible to do what I do if it was not for your commitment and contributions.
