German Roll 50% Rye 50% wheat - Crispy.
Campagne:
Country french style bread - 30% Rye - 70% Wheat.
Ciabatta:
Italian slipper Bread - Large cell structure.
Crushed Rye:
100% Crushed Rye - complex full flavour very Dense.
Currant Walnut:
Levain with beautiful organic walnuts & currants mixed in by hand.
Date,Walnut & Currants:
Levain with organic dates, walnuts and currants mixed in by hand.
Health Bread:
Whole wheat flour, sesame, sunflower, oasts, linseed, water, starter, sea salt.
Lemon Rosemary:
Campagne with lemon zest and rosemary.
Little Guy (Levain):
Darker French. Unbleached white bread flour, rye flour, sea salt, water.
Olive Bread:
Campagne studded with a lot of firm, flavorful Kalamata olives.
Pain au Levain:
Traditional French wheat.
Peppadew & Cheese:
Levain with organic peppadews & cheddar mixed in by hand.
Pumpkin Seed Rye:
100% Rye with toasted pumpkin & seeds throughout the dough and on top.
Spinach and Feta:
Levain with organic spinach and feta mixed in by hand.
Walnut:
Levain with beautiful organic walnuts mixed in by hand.
Whole Meal Rye:
100% Whole Meal Rye - complex full flavour.
Whole Wheat Desem:
Whole wheat, rye flour, water, starter, sea salt.
- Our Bread is made with Eureka Premium stone-ground flour.
- All our breads are made with the Sourdough (Wild Yeast) sponge method.
- We use only purified water and organic sea salt in our breads.
- All our breads are shape by hand.
- We bake all our breads in our Alan Scott Wood Fired Brick Oven.
